Pengda Xiang

I am currently a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at University of Southern California (USC), working on Computer Vision and Computer Graphics. I finished my bachelor degree in Computer Science at IIIS (Yao Class, lead by Andrew Chi-Chih Yao), Tsinghua University.

My research interest currently lies in Computer Vision (3D & 2D), especially Generative Models.

  • Astronomy! As a solar eclipse center line enthusiast, I have observed total solar eclipses of 6m46s (2m29s in Nebraska + 4m17s in Arkansas) and an annular solar eclipse of 4m50s (in New Mexico). We can meet in Spain on August 12, 2026 or in Egypt on August 2, 2027!
